HRIS Module
ATOMS Workforce Management Solution contains an HRIS module that is sufficient for most small to mid-size companies. The information capture including history (if required) is as follows:
- Employee Profile Information:
- Name, Date of birth, date of hire, SIN/SSN, Past Seniority, Marital Status, Gender, E-mail Address, System User ID, Password, Affiliation, Affiliation Start Date, Medical Condition Flag and Spouse Identification.

Workflow automation in this module is associated with the Employee Evaluations, Immunizations, Material Management and Skills and training information. ATOMS notifies supervisors/ HR when events require their attention. For example, Employee evaluation due December 15, 2007, company has it setup in the system to notify the Supervisor/HR 60 days before evaluation is due, email is sent to both the supervisor and HR on October 15, 2007.
